Good book
This story is much like a movie, with several story lines that are tied together. D-99 is the agency that doesn't exist. It quietly helps Terrans captured on other planets to escape. Some escapes go well, some not so well. But that is what happens in a galaxy full of lots of different humanoids.
Reader does a pretty good job. It is a bit rough in spots, but otherwise, no complaints. Enjoy!
